Food Friday - Artichoke and Tomato











I have a really easy and quick recipe for you to try today.  I had wanted a little something more with dinner last week and remembered I had bought a can of artichoke hearts.  I also had a bag of sun-dried tomatoes.





I cleaned the artichokes like the directions said.  I then decided to cut them up into 1/3rds.

I then placed them in a pan with some of the sun-dried tomatoes.




I heated them on medium heat until they were warmed completely through.


Ta da!!  They were good, but I think next time I will need to add some spices and maybe fresh garlic.
